Amicus

A Fastnet Rock filly with multiple group wins to her name, Amicus was a $500,000 purchase for Chris Waller in the 2013 Magic Millions Draft. She is a half sister to Il Cavallo and from the same family as Starspangledbanner, two other MAKYBE breeding graduates.

The jewel in her crown was her spectacular 2014 win in the MRC Thousand Guineas, beating multiple group winner Sabatini and Group 1 winner Go Indy Go.

Amicus also won the Let’s Elope Stakes and the Thoroughbred NSW Breeders Classic, both at Group 2 level.
